Here is something super easy & quick for a Monster High doll: Trendy mohair beanie
Yarn used: Rowan angora haze
Needles: 3.25 mm / US 3
Gauge: 28.0 sts = 4 inches
Worked in the round with dpns
Finished Measurements: (hat is measured flat)
Width 2 1/4" - 5.5 cm
Height 2 3/4" - 7 cm
k2tog = knit 2 together
sts = stitches
k = knit
Cast on 30 stitches. Divide sts in to three needles (10 sts each) and join in the round.
Rows 1-23: knit
Row 24: (k2tog, k3) repeat to the end of row (24 sts left)
Row 25: knit
Row 26: (k2tog, k2) repeat to the end of row (18 sts left)
Row 27: knit
Row 28: (k2tog, k1) repeat to the end of row (12 sts left)
Row 29: knit
Cut yarn and pull it through the remaining 12 sts. Weave in all ends.
